Houston, Texas, May 11, 2012 – GlamShop has announced its upcoming Art, Love and Beauty Soiree. The event will be held on May 24, 2012 from 6pm to 9pm at the Heights Art Studio and Gallery, located at 214 E. 27th Street in Houston.
Art, Love and Beauty Soiree will benefit the Cinderella/Cinderfella Project. This organization provides a spectacular prom night experience for high school seniors who graduate despite financial, emotional or family difficulties. The Cinderella/Cinderfella Project also encourages and assists any of these seniors who desire to further their educations. A scholarship fund has been established for the project as well.
The Heights Art Studio and Gallery is just the right venue for the Soiree. Art will play a major role at the party, with local artists doing live painting on site. Houston visitors will also have the opportunity to have professional photos taken for their Facebook profile pages.
The fashion element of the Art, Love and Beauty Soiree will include a Fashion Show styled by Fashion Hangerz. Visitors will be able to see the latest trends and designs in fashions, from fabulous high heels from High Heel Junkie to chic clothing and accessories.
Houston Fashion Bloggers will conduct a thrilling “Fashion Ambush” with on the spot style consultations and complimentary makeovers. Soiree attendees will have a chance to learn about how to improve their own personal styles in a fast-paced, individualized fashion experience.
Soiree-goers will enjoy the special guests featured at the event. The Houston Roller Derby will hold a Meet-and-Greet to get acquainted with the GlamShop crowd. This is an unusual group with plenty of interesting anecdotes to share.

A Wine and Shoes Pairing event will feature High Heel Junkie, a Houston shoe and accessory boutique. The event, to be held on May 16, 2012, promises to be an exciting evening of fabulous fashions, fine wines and fun.
Houston, Texas, May 11, 2012 – On May 16, 2012, High Heel Junkie will be featured in a Wine and Shoes Pairing Event in Houston. The evening of fun and fashion will be presented by Taste Magazine. Festivities last from 6pm to 8pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste fine wines and try on gorgeous high heels.
The event is sponsored by GenuWine Tasting Room, a wine and gift shop with a wine bar and a fine dining restaurant. Pretty Girls Rock Dresses Houston to Hold Social Mixer Benefitting Cinderella-Cinderfella Project
Being glamorous is very close to becoming a lost art. Pretty Girls Rock Dresses Houston is changing all that with their new commitment to beauty. In March, they will hold a social mixer to benefit the Cinderella-Cinderfella Project.
Houston, Texas, February 7, 2012 – Pretty Girls Rock Dresses Houston will hold their first mixer of 2012 on Thursday, March 8, from 6pm to 7:50pm Central Time. The event will be held at French Corner, located at 1104 Old Spanish Trail in Houston. The social will benefit the Cinderella-Cinderfella Project. A $5 admission fee will be donated to the cause.
The social mixer will be titled, “The Prom Experience.” Prom dresses, shoes, accessories, makeup, disposable cameras and more will be collected at the door, to be donated to the Cinderella-Cinderfella Project. The focus is on bringing beauty and glamour to high school seniors who have emotional, financial or family challenges.
The Cinderella-Cinderfella Project started 12 years ago. It is located in the Fort Bend area of Houston. The project has given over 400 students the chance to create memories of kindness, caring and friendship to these high school seniors. The project works to make sure the young people can experience self-confidence, fun and the joy of looking their best.
Pretty Girls Rock Dresses Houston is an organization built on the principal of empowering women and girls. The group seeks to encourage women to embrace beauty of womanhood. They have found that the best way to illustrate the point is for a woman to dress like a lady.
